THE M6 FENDER THE DAY OF BELAIR PROPERTY DAMAGE APPRAISAL ON DECEMBER 30th 2015.
THE M6 IS SHOWN HERE MISSING THE FENDER TAKEN FROM KIJIJI.CA JULY 24th 2017.

THE DRIVER SIDE FENDER WAS NOT DAMAGED OR EVEN OUT OF POSITION IN-FACT THIS FENDER DIDN'T HAVE A SINGLE SCRATCH OR MARK OR BLEMISH AND WAS NEVER REMOVED BY US DURING THE REPAIR PROCESS. THE NOW MISSING FENDER REMAINED ON THE M6 FROM THE DAY WE RECEIVED THE M6 UNTIL THE DAY PFAFF REMOVED IT. THE FENDER WAS REMOVED SOMETIME AFTER THEY STOLE THE M6 INSTEAD OF PAYING THE OUTSTANDING BILL OR MAKING AN ONTARIO REPAIR & STORAGE LIEN ACT SECTION 24. APPLICATION TO PROTECT OUR RIGHT TO PAYMENT AND THEN RESTORE THEIR RIGHT TO POSSESSION.

THE FENDER WAS ACTUALLY USED BY US AS A STARTING POINT TO ALIGN THE FRONT BUMPER, HEADLIGHTS, DRIVERS DOOR AND REAR QUARTER TO THE SPECIFICATIONS SUPPLIED BY BMW

THE M6 ASSEMBLY TOLERANCE LEFT FROM OUR REPAIR WAS LESS THAN 0.25 OF A MILLIMETER, THE BMW FACTORY ASSEMBLY LINE TOLERANCE IS 0.40 OF A MILLIMETER!
